Located in downtown Cleveland, Spieth, Bell, McCurdy & Newell provides comprehensive counseling for issues relating to multi-generational wealth. The lawyers of Spieth, Bell, McCurdy & Newell have served their profession and community in a variety of ways.  Our attorneys have served as speakers, officers, chairpersons, board members, and committee members of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association (CMBA), Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA), American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), Cleveland Tax Institute, various Estate Planning Councils, Cleveland Estate Planning Institute, University of Miami Heckerling Estate Planning Institute, Notre Dame Estate Planning Institute, and The Marvin Pliskin Institute of the Ohio State Bar Association.  Our attorneys also serve on the boards of many and diverse non-profit organizations.  They also volunteer their time and legal expertise for organizations such as the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland.
