Ms. Fremion is an Associate in the Estate Planning & Personal Tax and Business Law & Tax practice areas. Her legal career at Spieth Bell began after graduating cum laude from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. While in law school, she was able to spend an entire summer abroad in Beijing taking a course in Chinese law and working at a Chinese law firm. In her second year, she was honored with an American Bar Association fellowship. During law school, Ms. Fremion was a law clerk for the Ohio Attorney General and a Fortune 100 insurance company.

Ms. Fremion takes a cost-benefit analysis approach to solving client needs. She focuses her practice on estate, trust and tax planning. Her favorite area of the law is modification of trusts by private settlement agreement and if necessary, through court intervention. She drafts estate planning and probate court documents and is also involved with special projects relating to estate taxes, and application of the Ohio Principal and Income Tax Act to trust owning entities. She is licensed to practice law in Ohio, the U.S. Tax Court and the U.S. Federal District Court of Northern Ohio.
