Kyle Gee
 

Mr. Gee, a Cleveland native, joined Spieth, Bell after clerking for a Probate (Orphans') Court Judge in Pennsylvania. During his two-year judicial clerkship, he closely assisted the Probate Court in resolving a variety of matters, including: will contests, objections to fiduciary accounts, petitions to modify and terminate trusts, contested incapacity and guardianship proceedings, fiduciary surcharge actions, challenges to powers of attorney, inheritance tax appeals, and adoptions.

Mr. Gee graduated magna cum laude from the University of Toledo College of Law. During law school, he interned with The Honorable David A. Katz, U.S. Senior District Judge (N.D. Ohio), served as Assistant Executive Editor of law review, and clerked in the Trusts and Estates group at a mid-size law firm in Toledo, Ohio.

Mr. Gee is licensed to practice law in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. His primary practice includes estate & tax planning, and trust & estate administration.

He resides locally with his wife and two daughters.
