Mr. Lambert received his B.A. with a concentration in Finance from The Ohio State University in 2000, and graduated magna cum laude from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2003. Mr. Lambert is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio and the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, and is a member of the Ohio State and Cleveland Bar Associations.
Mr. Lambert focuses his practice on all areas of litigation, with emphasis on commercial and business litigation, as well as labor and employment matters. Prior to joining Spieth Bell in 2006, Mr. Lambert gained experience in areas such class action litigation, construction law, and employment matters. While in law school, Mr. Lambert was a member of the Law Review, where he published an article on securities reform in the Law Review Journal entitled A Critique of the Need for the Additional Securities Fraud Section in Sarbanes-Oxley, 53 C.W.R.U. L. Rev. 839. |
