Frederick I. Taft
 

Mr. Taft received his Bachelor of Arts degree and law degree from Yale University. He was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1972. Mr. Taft provides general business representation; his practice focuses on aircraft transactions, private placement of securities, and acquisitions, divestitures and mergers. He was an Adjunct Instructor at Case Western University of Law (1973) and has served as Chairman of the Corporation, Banking and Business Law Section of the Cleveland Bar Association (1987-1988). He has studied negotiation theory and published “Negotiator's Toolbox” in the Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution (1998). His interest in qualitative analysis of complex issues has led him to found a software company, Ideaspace, LLC.
