Spieth, Bell's Employment practice group is management-focused and diversified.  Clients range widely in size and include not-for-profit organizations.  Our Employment attorneys appear before federal and state administrative agencies, such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and in federal and state courts. We have successfully defended our clients against claims involving Title VII discrimination, Family and Medical Leave Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, state law discrimination, and other employment laws.  We have employment relations counseling experience and  work with our clients to establish strong preventive policies, practices and systems.
