Liquor Control Law

Our Liquor Control practice focuses on representing individuals, corporations and organizations in the successful securing, processing and issuance of a liquor permit with the Ohio Division of Liquor Control. We assist clients in overcoming delays in the application process. Our clients can depend on our dedication and follow-through to ensure they obtain their liquor permit in a timely fashion. We also defend clients cited for violations of the Liquor Control Act before the Ohio Liquor Control Commission, using trial skills producing favorable results.
